Sleep Well is a short-form explainer video campaign aimed at raising awareness among young people aged 15–20 about healthy sleep habits and encouraging behavioural change around sleep.
The campaign combines answers to questions about sleep science with animations and practical tips.
All content is presented within a recognisable “dreamland” visual identity.
Sleep Well is built around three themes: Sleep Facts & Myths, The World of Sleep, and Sleephacks.
Information is delivered based on scientific theories of behavioural change and habit formation.
The branding is visually calming and engaging, using soft colours, fluid animations and sound design focused on relaxation and sleep. The voice-over is warm and soothing, with an occasional touch of humour to make complex information accessible and easy to digest.
