A Murder On The Pacific is the first edition of a murder mystery game concept. In this hillarious and chaotic party game, players play richly written characters, each with their own secrets, schemes, plots and hidden relationships.

By lying, manipulating and playing theatrical scenes it is up to the players to unmask the killer.

The game starts with a tense scene and story-setting.

A Killing on the Pacific is a Murder Mystery Game for 6 to 15 players, set aboard the luxury cruise ship SS Majesty Atlantica, during the years just before the Second World War.

When Captain Arend Waldeck is found dead, it becomes clear that no one on board is innocent. Every player has secrets, motivates and hidden agendas.

The game blends extensively written characters with cinematic video segments that give new evidence and develop the story. Players are encouraged to lie, mislead, form alliances and question one another. The goal is not only to find the killer, but also to find out other secrets and maintain your own carefully constructed lies.

I designed and wrote this fully original narrative-driven murder mystery experience from concept to completion.
I created all cinematic video content, animations, and game structure, integrating storytelling, role-play, and investigation into a cohesive experience.
The project combines scripting, game design, film, and live performance into a hillarious, chaotic and immersive social game.
